Outline of Annual Research Achievements

The first year of my kaken fund, I did several publications and many presentations at prestigious institutions.

With co-researcher, I did already investigate M&A cases and have them in a data-bank and we are writing a report already.
The German firm, I visited in December and have the second round of data collected in regard to their employees and how they feel to get taken over by a Japanese steelmaker.

Reason

I could publish several papers what I prepared early. With the financial fund, I was able to present these papers and ideas and could some already published.

Strategy for Future Research Activity

I am working with Pao-lien from Taiwan on topics such as pre target valuation and with Malik from Newcastle university on language and M&A.
Several other papers are in pipeline.
