Outline of Final Research Achievements

Authors tried at intensive Self-understanding ” program ( from four times in a year one-day program to training camp of four days ) for High Functioning Autism Spectrum Disorder (HFASD ) at Adolescence for three years.
As a result, following four points are revealed.① HFASD face high potential anxiety (especially, social anxiety) without some problems in realistic adaptation. ②high potential anxiety increases in difficulties that HFASD actively step up from “Self-understanding” to “Self-determination”. ③presence of peers as social models of youth age and stable place making are important to step up to “Self-determination”. ④ in order to advancing the original programs for women’s HFASD, we must understand at women’s physical senses. Therefore, we examine further tasks that “visualization of effects” is important to promote more “Self-determination” trough “Self-understanding” programs.
