Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本年度は,まずベクトルテンソル理論におけるブラックホール解の安定性について,摂動論を用いた解析を行い,どのような場合にブラックホールが不安定になるかの条件について明らかにした.さらに,同理論における中性子星の構造について詳細に議論し,一般相対論と比べて星の質量が大きくなるような新たな解を発見した.この研究は,観測されている太陽質量の2倍よりも大きな中性子星を説明可能な模型として興味深い結果である.
また,中性子連星系からの観測から,重力波の伝搬速度が光速に極めて近いという結果が得られており,この事実と矛盾しないスカラーテンソル理論に基づく暗黒エネルギー模型を新たに構築し,その観測的な兆候を明らかにした.さらにそれに付随したレビュー論文を依頼により執筆した.
2018年初頭に,ベクトルテンソル理論とスカラーテンソル理論を統合した枠組みとして,基礎方程式を2階微分までに保つスカラーベクトルテンソル(SVT)理論が構築されたが,それに基づく宇宙論に関する研究を行った.特に,背景時空の方程式だけでなく,線形密度ゆらぎが従う方程式をゲージを固定することなく一般的に導出し,さらに理論がゴーストや不安定性を持たない条件について明らかにした.それらの結果をインフレーション,暗黒エネルギー,バウンス宇宙論などに応用し,有効な模型の構築と観測的な兆候について詳しく調べた.さらにSVT理論を局所天体に対しても応用し,新たなブラックホール解の構築に成功した.その解の安定性についても研究し,解が不安定となる条件について明らかにした.
以上の成果は,本年度に執筆した14編の査読付き学術論文にまとめられている.さらに,スイス,イタリア,台湾,カナダ,米国で行われた国際会議において,招待講演としてこれらの成果を口頭で発表した.
