Outline of Annual Research Achievements

3D-RISM理論とMDシミュレーションを用いてシトクロームCドメインスワップ二量体の構造安定セインについての解析を行い、二量体構造における安定化の要因を、自由エネルギー成分解析によって明らかにした。自由エネルギー成分解析では、自由エネルギーを線形応答理論に基づいて各残基の寄与に分割して解析することで、ユニットを結ぶヒンジループ部位が二量体安定化に寄与していることが分かった。結果はJournal of Chemical Physics誌にて発表した。
また、実験によって示唆されている陰イオンの添加による二量体構造安定性の変化についての解析にも着手した。

シトクロームC二量体構造における安定化の要因を解明し、国際誌にて成果を発表することができた。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

陰イオンの多量体形成に与える影響を明らかにするため、各種陰イオンを含めたMDシミュレーションおよび3D-RISM計算を行う。

Causes of Carryover

国際学会招待講演依頼があったため、予定していた国際学会への出張を取りやめたことで予算使用額が減ったため。当該学会に類する学会での発表を次年度に行う予定である。
