| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
１．腎機能が障害された症例における尿中FABP4排泄量の臨床的意義を明らかにするため、腎生検が行われた症例の尿中FABP4排泄量を測定したところ、尿中FABP4排泄量は尿タンパク量と強い相関を示した。更に対象をIgA腎症に絞り、年齢、性別、血圧などの背景因子で補正して解析したところ、それぞれ尿中FABP4排泄量は尿タンパク量、尿タンパク量は尿中FABP4排泄量の独立した説明因子であった。
２．糸球体障害時の異所性FABP4発現を確認するため、gddYマウスを用いて検討したところ、gddYマウスではコントロールマウスでは認められなかった糸球体FABP4の発現を認めた。糸球体内で発現するFABP4の局在は、糸球体内皮細胞及びマクロファージであった。半定量法で測定された糸球体FABP4の発現面積は、尿中アルブミン排泄量と強い相関を示した。
