| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
昨年度までに、関節炎モデルマウスにおいて、関節局所のCCR6+ILC3が増加していること、関節炎惹起によりCCR6+ILC3におけるIL-17, IL-22の発現が亢進していること、そのIL-17産生能はTh17細胞に匹敵することを報告した。本年度は、関節炎モデルマウスで得られた知見が、ヒト関節リウマチ患者でも再現できるかを検討した。
関節リウマチ患者の末梢血において、ILCにおけるCCR6+ILC3の割合は大きなばらつきを認めた。一方でその他のILC分画に関しては、患者間でのばらつきが少なく、一定の分布を示した。CCR6+ILC3と臨床パラメーターの相関を検討したところ、疼痛関節（TJC）、腫脹関節（SJC）と正の相関を認めた。
CCR6のリガンドであるCCL20の関節液中の濃度を検討したところ、OA患者では上昇を認めなかったが、RA患者では上昇を認めた。関節液中のCCL20濃度とCCR6+ILC3細胞数の間には、正の相関を認めた。
以上の結果から、CCR6+ILC3は、IL-17, IL-22の産生を介して関節リウマチの発症進展に関与する可能性が示唆された。CCR6+ILC3は、関節リウマチの治療標的となるかもしれない。
