| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
Ross術後の患者でSystolic Anterior Motion (SAM)が発生した症例で、SAMの原因となる血流をVector Flow Mapping (VFM)を用いて解析し、エネルギー損失値の推移を示した (Flow energy loss evaluation in a systolic anterior motion case after the Ross procedure. J Cardiothorac Vasc Anesth. 2017;31(6):2118-22.)。収縮性心膜炎患者の心膜剥離術中の異常な血流をVFMを用いて解析し、エネルギー損失値の推移を示した (Visualization of suppressed intraventricular flow by constrictive pericarditis. J Clin Anesth. 2017;42:40-41.)。三尖弁閉鎖症患者における姑息術術中に血流をVFMを用いて解析し、エネルギー損失値の推移を示した (Energetic performance analysis of staged palliative surgery in tricuspid atresia using vector flow mapping. Cardiovasc Ultrasound. 2017;15(1):27.)。Intraventricular Pressure Difference (IVPD) を経食道心エコー画像を用いて解析し、９名の重症心不全患者において左室補助人工心臓埋め込み術中で評価し、その３D画像の見方を示した (Anesthesia & Analgesiaに投稿中）。

Reason
Vector Flow Mappingを用いての血流解析とエネルギー効率評価に関しては3論文発刊し、学会発表も多数行うことが出来たが、コンピューターシミュレーションと4D MRIに関しては、以前研究継続中であるが、業績にはいたっていない。

| Strategy for Future Research Activity |
現在はHitachi社製のVector Flow Mappingは使用しておらず、独自に開発したソフトウェアで、GE社製の超音波診断装置で研究を行っている。左室補助人工心臓や心移植、さらに大動脈弁手術と大血管手術における解析も行っており、Vector Flow Mappingにみならず、コンピューターシミュレーションと4D MRIでの解析も行っている。さらに研究課題が増えている状況である。

| Causes of Carryover |
学会旅費、学会諸経費が発生しておらず、翌年度分と合わせて解析委託費用もしく学会諸経費として使用する予定である。
