Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究は,ビーグル犬にデンタルインプラントを植立しインプラント周囲炎を起こさせて、デンタルインプラント周囲組織への影響を調査する事を目的とし、フッ素投与下でのインプラント周囲骨および周囲組織、インプラント周囲炎を起こした周囲骨および周囲組織中へのチタン溶出およびチタン化合物の腐食・溶出挙動とフッ素との関連について検討を行った。
その結果、インプラント周囲炎においてフッ素投与群のインプラント周囲骨の骨の吸収量がフッ素投与なし群と比較し有意に多くみられ、骨の容積測定でも同様の結果であり、インプラント周囲炎においてフッ素の関連が示唆された。
