Outline of Final Research Achievements

A qualitative analysis on supervisors’ attitudes and skills as well as a randomized controlled study on effectiveness of group supervision (SV) for nurses engaged in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) were conducted in order to develop and evaluate CBT Supervisor-Training Program for nurses. According to the results, it was suggested that the program should be revised according to the clinical practice of nurses as indicated in this study and that a randomized controlled study of the revised program will need to be conducted in the future.

本研究で得られた成果は、今後、国内の認知行動療法を実践する看護師のスーパーバイザーを養成するプログラムの修正および精錬に役立てることができ、看護師の臨床の場に効果的なプログラムの開発につながる。臨床に沿ったSVができる看護師を養成できれば、看護師の認知行動療法のスキルの向上が期待でき、認知行動療法を受ける患者の回復に一層貢献できると考える。
