Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The CO2 fertilization effect was estimated based on a synthesis between tower flux measurement data and the canopy photosynthesis model. The synthesis approach directly estimated the ecophysiological parameters those had high sensitivity to the CO2 fertilization effect. I prepare the eddy covariance data from 60 site across the Asian region using AsiaFlux database. Estimated increase in canopy photosynthesis is 0.28 % ppm-1 at the site scale, and 3.1 PgC yr-1 for the continental scale from 2000 to 2014.
