Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究では、分子が他の分子の大きさや形などを識別して選択的に反応や結合する「分子認識」と同様に、ナノ成形光により単一分子・分子集合体の形状を識別するセンシングシステムの実現に挑戦し、ナノキラル光の運動量・角運動量の転写によって発生する放射圧の場においてキラル分子・分子集合体を合成・形成することにより、光反応性の差異および放射圧の作用による選択的なナノ構造形成プロセスの実現を目指す。
本年度の研究では、昨年度に引き続き、高精度の金ナノ構造の作製を行うため、開発した数値解析手法を用いて金ナノトライマー構造の局在場の解析を進めた。この知見を基に、実際にナノ加工装置を用いて金ナノボウタイ構造を作製し、直径40nmの色素分子凝集体の光捕捉を行い、ギャップ部への選択的なナノ粒子の堆積に成功した。また、試作金ナノ構造の高精度化により、直径100nmのダイヤモンドナノ粒子を金ナノ構造ギャップ部に光捕捉し、円偏光照射の運動量転写による半径50nm程度の起動回転運動に成功した。ナノスケール領域におけるナノ円偏光場の誘起や粒子の光捕捉・固定化などのこれらの成果は、ギャップモードの増強効果を利用した高感度センシングに向けた重要な要素技術の開発に成功したことを示している。
