硫化ニッケル電極とコアーシェル構造光半導体電極を用いた新規色素増感太陽電池開発

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

2016年度は、ホット注入法を用いて、還元酸化グラフェンシート(rGO)上に硫化ニッケルナノ結晶を合成した。溶媒としてオレイルアミンのみを用いた場合と混合溶媒(オレイルアミン、オレイル酸、オクタデシン)を用いた場合の比較を行った。オレイルアミンのみを用いた場合、単相の硫化ニッケルナノ結晶合成が困難であったが、混合溶媒を用いることで、単相化に成功した。有害な4-ニトロフェノール溶液にNiSのみ、rGO/NiS, rGO/Ni3S4ナノ結晶をそれぞれ混合し、有害な4-ニトロフェノールに還元する効果を調べた結果、rGO/NiSが最も反応性が高いことが示された。還元酸化グラフェンは4-ニトロフェノールを吸着するサイトが多く、またNiS粒子サイズが小さいため、表面積が高く、還元反応が促進した。また、クエン酸を皮膜材として用い、水熱合成法で大きさの揃った硫化モリブデン(MoS2)ナノシートを合成した。メチレンブルーにMoS2ナノシートを混入し、光触媒作用を調べた結果、クエン酸0.04モルの場合24分で完全に分解できることが示された。さらにPHの効果を調べた結果、PH12では2分間に96%のメチレンブルーが分解できることがわかった。テンプレートとしてチタニウムテトライソプロポオキサイド(TTIP)を用いて表面積が221.52 m2g-1のメゾポーラス酸化チタンナノ結晶の合成に成功した。これらの粉末を、アセトンとエタノールに混合し、スプレー法で半導体電極を形成し、色素増感太陽電池を作製した。N719色素で8.92 %、D205色素で9.02 %の変換効率を得た。光電変換測定とインピーダンス測定により、メゾポーラス酸化チタンナノ結晶は有効に光を吸収し、80 %以上の変換効率を示すことが示された。

Reason

溶媒としてオレイルアミンのみを用いた場合と混合溶媒を用いた場合の触媒作用の比較を行った。これは2017年度の研究計画であったが、1年前倒しで達成した。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

酢酸亜鉛と水酸化ナトリウムをイオン水に溶解させ、酸化亜鉛コア構造を作製する。その後、チタニウムテトライソプロポオキサイドを添加し、混合しながら数時間保持する。これをオートクレーブに入れ、熱処理する。生成したナノ結晶を収集し、再度熱処理することで、酸化チタンシュルを形成する。酢酸亜鉛と水酸化ナトリウムのモル数、チタニウムテトライソプロポオキサイドの重量及び熱処理温度、熱処理時間をパラメータとして、酸化チタンー酸化亜鉛コアーシェル構造作製条件を調べる。硫化ニッケル単相ナノ結晶と酸化チタンー酸化亜鉛コアーシェル構造を用いて、色素増感太陽電池を作製し、変換効率を測定する。太陽電池の高効率化に適した硫化ニッケル相を明らかにする。色素増感太陽電池への色素吸着量の測定やインピーダンス法を用いた電気伝導度の測定を行い、構造の最適化を図る。
