Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究課題は,従来の準同型署名を拡張し,異なる署名鍵によって分散的に生成された署名に対して,真正性を損なわずに準同型処理を施すことができ,さらに準同型処理の実行に関してもアクセス制御が可能であるような技術である「多ユーザ関数型準同型署名」を創出することである.本研究で目指す技術が完成することにより,個人の健康情報等の機密性の高いデータから有用な知見を,個人のプライバシの保護と得られた知見の真正性を両立しつつ,抽出することが可能となる.
前年度までに,目的である「多ユーザ関数型準同型署名」に近い要素技術である「属性ベース署名」及び「グループ署名」の構成に成功していた.最終年度である今年度は当該技術の拡張に取り組んだ.その結果,最終目標そのものではないが,グループ署名の双対にあたる技術である放送型暗号に関して,漸近的に最適な効率性を達成した方式の設計に成功した.提案方式は,格子理論と双線形写像を用いて構成されており,同様の効率性を達成した既存技術に比べ高い安全性を達成していると言える.当該成果は国際会議EUROCRYPT 2019に採録され,発表済みである.
また、前年度までの研究成果を拡張し,関連技術である非対話ゼロ知識証明に関して,標準的な安全性仮定に基づく安全性と短い証明長を両立する結果を得た.また,属性ベース暗号に関して,正規言語を扱えて,かつ標準的な安全性仮定で証明可能な方式を提案するなどの研究成果を得た.
