Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Experiences and opinions submitted by people in real time through mobile devices form so-called social big data, and their usefulness attracts attention. Although the information on emerging things (entities) is especially worth analyzing, it is difficult to analyze such text with new information by using existing natural language processing technology based on static machine learning with past text.
This study has therefore developed a method of acquiring various emerging entities from a text stream using distant supervision with Wikipedia. To utilize the acquired knowledge, we have also studied a method of acquiring values from microblogs, a machine translation system, and a dialogue system.
