Outline of Final Research Achievements

We have been developing a method for detecting students who may be underachieving from their history of using ICT education support systems, such as LMS (Learning Management System), and providing appropriate support to students and teachers.
In this study, we visualize the cluster information based on clustering of various access logs in the LMS, and analyze the visualized information to see if it is possible to provide information to improve classes.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements

本研究は，学習履歴をもとにそのままでは単位を落としてしまう等の成績不振となる可能性のある学生を，授業の出来るだけ早い段階で発見する手法を確立すること．および，成績不振となる可能性がある学生を発見する課程で得られた情報をもとに，これらの何らかの支援が必要な学生のサポートや授業改善に繫がる情報を提供するシステムを構築することを目的としている．本研究結果は，昨今ICTを利用した遠隔授業が一般的となる中で，それらの授業設計に有益となるものである．
