Csikszentmihalyi's Flow Theory represents an optimal psychological state that people experience when engaged in an activity that is both appropriately challenging to one's skill level. Present study, by employing Custodero's Flow Indicators in Musical Activities, narratively analyzed flow experience in children's violin playing and learning to design and construct an alternative approach of group violin instruction.
