Outline of Final Research Achievements

We collected sample of saliva, tissue of carcinoma and normal colon mucosa form 60 patients with colorectal carcinoma. We investigated proportion of Fusobacterium genus in the level of species.
Proportion of Fusobacterium in colorectal carcinoma tissue and normal colon mucosa were 8.9% and 3.3% respectively. Proportion in carcinoma was significantly high compared with in normal mucosa (p < 0.05).
