| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
本研究は、統合失調患者に対して経頭蓋直流刺激（tDCS）を行い、精神症状、認知機能障害に対しての効果の検証を主眼に置き、研究をすすめた。患者および健常者に対して刺激を行うため、倫理審査委員会の承認が必要であった。2018年度に関西医科大学倫理審査委員会に「非侵襲脳刺激法の統合失調症治療にむけた臨床症状及び客観的指標での検証」との題名で承認を得て本格的に測定、解析を行った。
論文作成作業としては、「Ikeda S et al：Automated Source Estimation of Scalp EEG Epileptic Activity Using eLORETA Kurtosis Analysis. Neuropsychobiology. 2019;77(2):101-109. 2019」を筆頭著者として発表した。また、「Hata M et al；Alpha event-related synchronization after eye closing differs in Alzheimer's disease and dementia with Lewy bodies: a magnetoencephalography study. Psychogeriatrics；18(3):202-208,2018」「Yoshimura M et al；Hyperactivation of the Frontal Control Network Revealed by Symptom Provocation in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Using EEG Microstate and sLORETA Analyses. Neuropsychobiology,2018」の共著者として発表した。
tDCSの統合失調症への効果は限定的であり、また、実験的な段階であるが今後もさらに症例・経験を積むことで社会実装に向けてすすめていきたい。さらにはrTMS（repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation：反復経頭蓋磁気刺激療法）のうつ病への適応が医療保険適応になり、さらに組み合わせた研究を進めていく予定である。
