Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Although the gene expression status of cells is considered important as a cause of cancer radioresistance, there are many unclear parts. This time, we aimed to identify genes involved in radiotherapy resistance of cells using widely available databases such as TCGA. In conclusion, although several related genes were identified during the study period, no apparent radioresistance appeared when the genes were introduced into cells.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
