Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, we performed and established tumor burden monitoring with ctDNA for esophageal squamous cell carcinoma patients treated with either surgery or chemotherapy, using next generation sequencer for mutation detection in primary tumors and digital PCR for ctDNA monitoring in blood samples. And combinatory procedure of BCT and CPT would be one of the most practical approaches for collection and storage of samples collected during extended follow-up.
