最終年度は症例登録よりもこれまでの成果を論文化し発表することを主に行った。拡散MRIと認知機能障害の関連の報告（Stroke 2018; 10.1161/STROKEAHA.118.022367), 拡散MRIとPETの関連の報告（J Stroke Cerebrovasc Dis 2019; 10.1016/j.jstrokecerebrovasdis.2018.12.038), 拡散MRIの術後変化の症例報告（Mag Res Med Sci 2018;10.2463/mrms.ci.2018-0088), 拡散MRIによる脳血流評価の報告（Acta Radiologica Open 2019; in press）を英語論文として発表した。
