| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
今年度はこれまでの実験結果を踏まえ、1型インターフェロンはIL-6の発現を介して炎症に関与していること、またその上流分子の中ではとくにIRF-3の関与が大きいことに関して裏付けの研究を行い、過去の文献を検索し考察を重ねた。さらに、大規模コホートデータを使用し、その中で関節リウマチの炎症や骨代謝に関わる分子、要素を検索し、1型インターフェロンとの関連を調べた。その結果をもとに成果を学会において発表した。論文作成については現在共著者と相談の上最終段階に入っている。
