Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The aim of this study was to evaluate the cell formation by using in vitro investigation for the salivary gland’s cell. This study enabled us to assess the roles of the various proteins during regeneration of the submandibular gland. Additionally, the correlation between cytoskeleton and TGF-beta was detected in this study. TGF-beta was detected around the duct-like-structures during regeneration process. The result indicated that TGF-beta contributed the rat submandibular regeneration.
