Outline of Annual Research Achievements

2018年8月6日~2019年9月23日まで,米国Lehigh大学に滞在し,Professor FrangopolやDr. Bocchiniらとの共同研究を実施した.最終年度および研究期間全体を通じて得られた成果の概要を以下に示す.
(1) 南海トラフ地震の影響を受ける三重県尾鷲市にある橋梁・盛土構造物の強震動および津波による損傷確率の算定を行い,道路ネットワークのリスクおよびレジリエンスを確率論的に評価し,補強の効果を比較することでネットワークを構成する各種構造物の補強優先度を検討した.また,リスクアプローチを応用することで,三重県全域で生じ得る津波廃棄物量を推定した.津波廃棄物は,2011年東北地方太平洋沖地震の復興を妨げる大きな要因となっており,この処理量を事前に想定し,その対策を施すことは地域の津波災害に対するレジリエンスの強化につながる.三重県内の主要都市を対象に,津波廃棄物量のリスクカーブを提示している.
(2) 既存鉄筋コンクリート(RC)構造物では,中性化や塩害による鉄筋腐食が生じる場合がある.同一の部材においても,位置により劣化に対する抵抗力が異なるため,腐食の程度は構造物内の各地点で変動する.つまり,腐食量が大きい,あるいは腐食量が小さい場所が空間的に変動しているため,その分布によって部材耐力や変形能もばらつきを持つことになる.劣化RC構造物の構造性能評価の精緻化には,この材料劣化の空間変動性の考慮が不可欠である.塩害環境に置かれたRC構造物を対象として,ライフタイムにわたる材料劣化の進展とそれが構造性能の低下に及ぼす影響を考慮した既存研究は見られるが,そこでは,材料劣化は構造物全体で一様に進展すると仮定しており,劣化の空間変動性は考慮されていない.RC構造物で生じる材料劣化の進展を2次元ガウス・非ガウス確率場にて表現し,その構造性能評価を行った.
