| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
今年度は、代表者と分担者がそれぞれに行ってきた研究をもちより、相互の関連性を整理して成果を報告することにあてた。各自が論文等で成果を著すと同時に、本研究課題の総合的な成果発表として、10月に日本国際政治学会の分科会で、「地域統合と対外政策による人の移動の自由への影響－AU・EUの考察」というテーマで、中坂、片柳及び岡部が発表及びコメントを行った。さらに、International Studies Associationの2020年度の年次大会（3月）でのパネル報告の公募審査をパスし、大会プログラムにも概要が掲載され、3月にアメリカで報告を行う予定であった【チェアー：中坂、報告者：佐藤、長坂、片柳、岡部、久保山（研究協力者）、討論者：青木、鈴木】。2月初めには東京で事前の研究会を開催し準備を整えていたが、新型コロナウィルス感染症の影響で、大会開催の10日前に同学会の事務局から中止の連絡を受けたため、最大の成果報告の機会を失い大変遺憾であった。その際に、準備していた報告は次の通りである。Panel：“Recent Developments and Challenges in Return and Circular Migration : Focusing on Reintegration of Returned Emigrants, Migrant Workers and Refugees in Home Countries”Papers: (1)Swedish labour market integration of refugees Is the right to work guaranteed?
