Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究の目的は、健康づくり・介護予防をきっかけとした互助型コミュニティを形成するための要素を明らかにすることである。
平成28年度は、まず互助の概念整理に向け、「互助」に関する文献を基に概念分析を行った。概念分析には、概念の特徴を先行要件、特性・属性、帰結によって明らかにするRogers（2000）の手法を用いた。概念分析の結果を踏まえ, 現代の日本社会における「互助」を「費用負担を制度的に裏付けない価値観のもと, 地域において住民が他の住民あるいは地縁に基づいた組織・集団との間で, お互いさまの精神を持って行う自発的・主体的活動であり, 住民間の助け合い・支え合いや生活課題の解決手段として実践されるもの。また, 自助・共助・公助の補完的な役割を果たすものである。」と定義した。
次に、千葉県柏市の豊四季台団地と、東京都奥多摩町のふれあい農園をフィールドに介入研究を進め、コミュニティ活動のファシリテーションのポイントを明らかにした。具体的には、地域でのイベントの開催を通じて、住民や利用者との関係構築を行い、その後、コミュニティ活動への参加を促す要素について半構造化面接調査を行った。豊四季台団地では後期高齢者の自主的な組織の立ち上げに携わった。既存の地域の人間関係を活用することの重要性や、組織運営に必要なグループ内の役割分担の可視化、参加手続きの簡素化等の構成要素を明らかにした。ふれあい農園に関しては、利用者と地域住民の交流を促す管理人（ファシリテーター）の役割について、参加時のこまめな声かけや、参加者への役割の付与、協働作業による対面関係の構築等のポイントを明らかにした。

年度途中からの予算執行であったため、先進事例のインタビューが着手か開始した段階であるが、それ以外は概ね順調に進行している。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

本年度の内容を深め、引き続き2つのフィールドでのon-goingな関わりから得られる互助型コミュニティ形成のための要素の探索、およぼ先進事例へのインタビューから得られる要素の検討を進めていく。

予算の執行が年度途中であり、予定していた件数のインタビューが実施できなかったため。
