Research Abstract |
Genome-wide gene expression profile analyses of human colorectal, hepatocellular, and gastric carcinomas have identified candidate genes for targeted cancer therapies against these tumors. Through the functional analyses of these genes, we have elucidated a part of mechanism(s) underlying these tumors, and obtained useful information for the development of the therapeutic approaches.
