Research Abstract

悪性リンパ腫のうち、MALTリンパ腫、マントル細胞リンパ腫、びまん性大細胞型B細胞リンパ腫、T/NK細胞性リンパ腫の病因と病態に関して、アレイCGHにより、ゲノム異常を解析し、各疾患単位にとく著的なゲノム異常が存在することを明らかにした。ATLLのリンパ腫型とPTCL-Uの一部であるゲノム異常陽性群が臨床病態上、区別できないことを見出したことは、今後の疾患単位を考える上できわめて重要な発見である。
