Research Abstract |
乳・大腸がんは日・中・韓三国で増加しつつあり、その環境・宿主要因を分子疫学的に解明し、三国における予防対策に寄与することを本研究課題の主目的と定め、平成17年度より五年計画で第二次三国共同研究を推進した。乳・大腸がんの三国における一般的増加要因を確認し、さらに、乳がんでは十分な大豆製品や葉酸の摂取が危険度を下げ、遺伝的にFGFR2の過剰発現群では肥満傾向や角経早期開始などの影響が大きいことなどを鮮明にした。
