Research Abstract

As a basis for understanding dynamics of biomolecular pathways and networks, we developed novel methods for absolute quantification of gene expression using next generation DNA sequencing, absolute quantification of protein-protein interactions and quantitative analysis of ubiquitinated proteomes by mass spectrometry, and real-time monitoring of intracellular metabolites using FRET.
