Research Abstract

Neural RNA binding proteins play important roles in the processes of brain development and maturation. Here we show that Hu, Hzf and Musashi control neuronal differentiation, RNA transport and neural stem cell maintenance, respectively, through the post-transcriptional regulation of messenger RNA in the embryonic and adult brain.
