| Research Abstract |
界面でのハーフメタル性(フェルミエネルギーでのスピン偏極率が100%の性質)は、他物質へのスピン偏極電流注入が鍵となるスピントロニクスにおいて、理想的な特徴である。本研究では、金属/半導体、金属/酸化物界面でハーフメタル性を維持する系を提案した。一方、MRAM等に利用される磁気トンネル接合の第一原理伝導計算も実行し、高いトンネル磁気抵抗比をもつ候補を幾つか提案している
