Research Abstract

バイオセンサー、チップ集積化技術、一細胞マニピュレーション技術などを駆使して、網羅的に且つ高感度に細胞シグナルなどを解析するバイオセンシングツールの開発に関する研究を行った。疫一細胞刺激応答や、磁気液滴操作によるガン1細胞遺伝子発現解析、神経細胞ネットワーク形成、マイクロチャネルアレイ(MCA)による神経細胞シグナル計測など様々な機能を備えた各種一細胞情報解析チップの開発と応用に成果をあげた。
