Research Abstract

1. ソフトマター系の円環状超分子構造体と機能に最近注目が集まっている。環サイズによって2次元電子構造が決定され、新機能発現が期待されるからである。高い青色量子発光効率を与えるポリフルオレンから、微量の水を含む溶媒蒸発法により、円環ナノ構造(直径100-150nm、高さ2nm)が自発的に形成し、円環構造由来の発光スペクトル測定に成功した。
2. ケイ素骨格からなる1次元(鎖状)構造、2次元(架橋)構造の可溶性有機ケイ素高分子を創成した。2次元(架橋)構造からはCH/Si間相互作用の制御とSi-C結合の熱分解制御により可視-近赤外域で発光するシリコン薄膜を構築した。1次元(鎖状)構造からは真空下注意深い観察によって青色(燐光)発光(従来は紫外(蛍光)発光)を示すことを見いだした。2次元構造からも真空下での発光測定から青色と緑色の二重発光性を見いだした。
3. 平面環状分子フタロシアニン(Pc)のππスタック体は真性半導体となるため高移動度が期待できる。Al-F-Al結合からなる可溶性フッ化アルミニウムPc超分子ポリマーの形成と電極レス法から0.1cm2/Vsecを超える高移動度を与え、半導体高分子に匹敵する超分子ポリマー半導体の構築と機能発現に成功した。
