Research Abstract

大脳皮質体性感覚野における痛覚情報処理機構を明らかにするため、深層の錐体細胞からin vivo パッチクランプ記録を行い、皮膚への機械的および温度刺激を加えた時の応答を正常と慢性炎症ラットを用いて解析した。Bursting の頻度と活動電位の発生頻度には正常と炎症ラットで変化がなかったが、機械的痛みと熱および冷刺激を加えると、炎症ラットで活動電位を発生する細胞数が明らかに増加した。これはbursting の振幅が増大したか、細胞の興奮性が増加した可能性を示唆する。
