| Research Abstract |
筋細胞内脂肪はエアロビクスやクロスカントリースキーのような長時間種目のスポーツ競技をしている選手では脂肪を運動のエネルギーとして有利に活用するため骨格筋細胞内に脂肪を豊富に蓄積している。しかし、短時間の競技の選手では筋細胞内の脂肪量は少ない。本研究により筋細胞内脂肪量は加齢、食事、運動習慣による影響を受けていることが解明され、健康保持やスポーツにおいて適量を維持する必要性が示唆された。
