| Research Abstract |
有機分子やカーボンナノチューブを用いたトランジスタを中心に、ナノマテリアルデバイスのの界面制御によって、これらの材料の新たな機能性を明らかにした。具体的には、3つの中心的な成果を得た。第1に、有機トランジスタの基礎物性と発光トランジスタの提案・実証、第2に、インクジェット印刷によるカーボンナノチューブトランジスタの作製法の開発、第3に電気2重層トランジスタによる大電荷蓄積と絶縁体-金属転移を実証した。
