Research Abstract

円偏光度の電気的検出機能を備えた半導体へテロ構造フォトダイオードの作製と評価、磁場印加不要な環境で円偏光を発する機能を備えた端面型スピン発光ダイオードの作製と評価、および、磁化の光誘起才差運動の実験的機構解明に関する成果を述べる.いづれの成果も、光とスピンを用いて初めて創出可能な新機能「スピンフォトニクス」の大事な芽である.
