Research Abstract

イオンビームCVD法により、高磁気異方性材料であるFePt, FeCoPt等の微粒子を作成することに成功した.そしてそれらの磁気特性、磁化分布および構造を明らかにした.また本作成法の他作成法に対する優位性を実証できた.さらには化学的自己組織化法により磁気的一次相転移を示すFeRh微粒子及びその複合微粒子の作成に成功し、印加磁界の転移温度に及ぼす効果について明らかにし、一次相転移メカニズムについて貴重な知見を得た.また、強磁性相と反強磁性相からなる複合微粒子の磁化分布をシミュレーションにより明らかにすることができた.
本研究の成果は、将来の高密度磁気記録ビットパターン媒体の開発に貴重な知見である.
