Research Abstract |
Following four approaches have been conducted throughout three years. 1. Living Environment Psychological approach: Training program which tries transition from group care to unit care examines transformation of care staffs' consciousness. 2. Social System theoretic approach: Under the care insurance revised in 2005, various problems have raised in facility cares. With organizing such problems at this point, issues raised on unit care have been theoretically considered from communication theory. 3. Living Environment theoretic approach: Clothing environment : function of various smart-textiles which are useful for daily life of elderly has been reviewed, and methods for utilization of affluent life have been proposed. Food environment: how to enjoy eating habits which consider health and food security based on themes such as green tea, snacks, pickles, and miso-soup have been proposed. Housing environment: refer to data of living environment inspected in Denmark and Sweden, ingenuities at residences have been organized in order to improve motivation for better life. 4. Environment Physiological approach : Dealing with adjustment concern for temperature environment at senile state, preparations for heat and cold have been suggested. In addition, prevention measures for falls have been advocated specifically.
