Research Abstract |
堺市で採取した大気浮遊粒子の変異原性および内分泌撹乱性(ダイオキシン受容体およびエストロゲン受容体リガンド活性)を確認した。その主たる成分であるベンゾ(a)ピレン、1, 8-ジニトロピレン、3, 6-ジニトロベンゾ(e)ピレン、3-ニトロベンズアントロン、4-アミノビフェニルの突然変異誘発機構を分子・細胞生物学的方法で調べ、それらに共通した細胞周期特異的なDNA 損傷応答、および損傷に特異的なDNA ポリメラーゼの関与と突然変異誘発性を明らかにした。
