| Research Abstract |
グローバリゼーションは,市場を世界規模で統合するなど企業環境を劇的に変えて,企業の経営者や市場の投資家の考え方にも大きな影響を与えてきた.その結果,企業の行動や経済社会の在り方にも顕著な変化が生じてきた.この研究では,グローバリゼーションの進展によってもたらされた企業や市場の在り方の変化をさまざまな角度から分析することで,それらの変化が社会にもたらした影響と今後の企業と市場のあるべき姿を分析している.
