| Research Abstract |
今世紀初頭、日本経済の回復は、東アジア経済統合の動きと同時に生じ、産業が集積する国内地域などに外国人労働力が流入した。これは、若年労働力の減少を埋める性格を有し、高齢者や女性の雇用とは競合していなかった。ただし、雇用の非正規化の傾向が、若年層の出生意欲を低下させ、少子化傾向はあまり好転せず、長期的な世代間利害の対立が深刻化しつつある。このため、東アジア経済統合をさらに促進し、地域・自治体のニーズに応えて外国人政策を改革しつつ、総合的な家族政策を導入する必要性が高まっている。
