| Research Abstract |
大型ヘリカル装置を用いて不純物多価イオンから放出される磁気双極子禁制線が可視域で強く発光していることを発見した.従来では真空紫外領域でしかできなかったプラズマコア部での不純物計測を可視域に拡張することに成功し,これを用いて不純物の定量化,空間分布,イオン温度計測及び磁気面計測等幅広いプラズマ診断応用に道を開いた.
