| Research Abstract |
本研究では、高感度レーザーアブレーション希ガスマトリックス単離赤外分光測定と理論化学計算を組み合わせて、周期表の広範にわたる金属と小分子との反応を系統的に調べ、一連の新しい金属化合物種の形成を見出した。特に、従来観測が困難であった金属クラスター化合物を発見し、金属クラスター上での小分子の活性化・解離過程を明らかにし、これらの小分子が関与する、関連金属触媒における触媒反応機構の解明に重要な情報を得た。
