Research Abstract |
真核細胞のDNA複製ヘリカーゼであるMCM複合体に関して、次の点を明らかにした.(1) 細胞周期やチェックポイント依存的なMCM4のリン酸化、(2) MCM4/6/7ヘリカーゼを抑制するMCM2タンパク質の一本鎖DNA結合能の同定、(3) MCMと相互作用する因子とMCM2-7間の結合様式、および(4) MCM4/6/7を特異的に阻害する抗生物質であるヘリキノマイシンの同定、である.
