Research Abstract |
(1)For 300 perinatal period women, we performed question pater investigation Edinburgh postpartum depression scale, matenity blues, and a bonding question paper for longitudinal section.Of these, for 61 people, we measured three times of autonomic nerve activity on term pregnancy on postpartum the fifth day and on the postpartum thirtieth day and collected blood in coincidence. (2) A person of maternity blues onset had high EPDS score usual. Degradation of parasympathetic nerve action was watched by a maternity blues patient and postpartum depression patient however the enhancement of sympathetic nervous activity was watched after a postpartum patient with depression. (3) The EPDS score and the material of blood in a positivel correlation were TSH,DHEA,IL-!,Biopterin. The EPDS score and the material of blood in a negative correlation were T3,T4, TNF,BDNF,GDNF. The material which did not maintain the same of a correlation was MHPG, Prolactin, Cortisol, IL-6. (4) The serum BDNF and GDNF concentration of the patient of depressive state was significantly low when divided presence of depressive state based by EPDS. (5) By relation of EPDS and PBI, it was related to postpartum depression determination from a thing with a little care from mother, mother to be overprotection. In bonding score, high mother of EPDS score, showed the attachment determination to her child.
