Research Abstract

虚血時の微小循環変化と皮質拡延性抑制(cortical spread depression : CSD)の微小循環変化は類似した表現型を示すが、原因と結果が逆であり発生機序的にまったく異なるものである。CSDにおける微小循環変化は神経細胞脱分極によって二次的に起こる毛細血管血流障害であり、CSDと密接に関連する片頭痛においては血管の一過性の炎症反応を含む異常反応が惹起される可能性がある.
