| Research Abstract |
浸潤性膀胱癌に対する新しい治療法の開発を目的として、ガングリオシド糖鎖GM3の膀胱癌細胞に対する影響を解析し、膀胱癌細胞およびマウス膀胱癌モデルに対するGM3の抗腫瘍効果を検討した。その結果、ガングリオシドGM3添加による膀胱癌細胞の増殖抑制効果、運動能抑制効果が判明し、さらに、マウス膀胱癌モデルに対するGM3の抗腫瘍効果が認められた。このことよりGM3による膀胱癌治療の可能性が示唆された。
