Research Abstract

尿路上皮癌においてサバイビンが高率に発現し、かつ癌抗原として患者の免疫系に認識されていた。進行尿路上皮癌患者に対するサバイビン・ペプチドワクチン療法の臨床第一相試験を行い、安全性を確認し得た。また一部の患者では免疫学的・臨床的反応が認められた。
